I've been thinking of maybe doing a submission for the tata gallery which is an event held in support of research for breast cancer. If you haven't heard of it yet, check it out! http://tatagala.org/ Anyways though, I've got this  19x9 lineart thing all prepared but I'm terrified of coloring it because, frankly, lol, painting is not my forte. I'm not sure what medium to use and whether to shade it or leave it flat. What do you think? I think maybe I'll go with watercolor and if that doesn't work out I can probably just go over it with acryllic and make that work. For a really long time I've been doing at least one doll every month so its kind of sad that Feb breaks that streak! I haven't felt like dolling at all. School drains me,lol, and I end up reading, stalking the faith21 clothing site for updates,lol, or yahoo answers instead. It seems like Glam is dying too or something- it is so dead over there lately! Everyone is taking an extended break or something.

So, I've been whining about not having drawn anything substantial since last year and finally decided to sit down and just do it,lol. Its a realistic full body drawing just because I want to see how good my realism skills are. Its graphite on this beige paper because I've seen these awesome drawing where the highlights are in white on a colored piece of paper and I've always thought it looks SO good. God the paper sucks though- I keep worrying about ripping it because its this fragile, cheap dollar store shitXD Anyways though, the plan is to do the thing with the white and then use a bit of charcoal or some dark pencil to make some darker sha
